Chess Not Checkers Leadership Training

The leadership training sessions will start Friday Night at 5:45 p.m. with a meal. Please feel free to arrive anytime before opening prayers at 6:30 p.m., along with welcome, icebreaker and testimonies of how God has used RBC.  This will be followed with an Introduction of “Chess Not Checkers” then three sessions:  “Bet on Leadership”, “Act as One” and “Win the Heart”.  We will close the evening sessions at 8:50 p.m. with table discussion and homework.

Saturday’s session will begin at 8:30 a.m. with light snacks and coffee followed by prayer and brainstorm sessions from sessions 1, 2 and 3.  Session 4 will begin at 9:45 a.m. “Excel at Execution” and end with Session 5 “Be Found Faithful.”  The day will close with group prayer time from 11:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. You can sign up here.
