Pastoral Call Vote in All Three Morning Services

PROCEDURES FOR THE PASTORAL CALL VOTE ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 23, 2020:

The vote for our candidate for senior pastor will take place Sunday morning in all three services.  If anyone is late to a service, a pulpit committee member will be in the foyer with ballots that can be filled out and turned in immediately.  For those who do not feel comfortable coming into the building, they may drive up and receive a ballot from a pulpit committee member at the bell tower.  That ballot can be filled out and turned in immediately.  This drive-up opportunity is available from 9am and 12pm.  All votes have to be turned in by 12pm.  There will not be any Sunday night voting.
